Custom Orders:
You’ll have a work of art including your choice of design style, color, typestyle and verse. (And we’ll even let you take the credit for it.)
Set up a consultation with us by email and together we will choose an invitation that fits your style and budget. Following a consultation, we will provide you with an on-line mock-up reflecting your style, color and font preference. Every invitation is priced differently, depending on the materials involved. Just tell us what you want, and we’ll

Pricing:
All graphic design services are included in the price. We require a non-refundable 50% deposit on all orders. Any changes made after two proofs cost $35 for each additional proof and will be reflected on your final invoice. When your design is finalized, we will send you a jpg file of the design by email. You will then need to print the jpg file and sign for approval before we will go to print. You can either fax to us or email with a scanned attachment your final approval proof. Final payment is required after final proof approval, before shipment of your product.
If you would like a sample of the actual invitation, each sample will cost $5.
Order Time:
It takes four weeks from the time you order your invitations to delivery. It takes about one week for proofs via email, and three weeks to complete your order.
If you are ordering samples, begin your order process 7 weeks before you want your invitations delivered at your door.
Cancellation:
Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. If printing has already started on your order, we can not accept cancellation for any reason, and you will receive the items that have already been paid for.

We accept personal checks, money orders or by credit card through PayPal. Checks or money orders can be made out to Custom Creations by Julie and mailed to:

Because our invitations are customized, there are no returns or refunds once the order has been printed.
Online Proofs and Mock-ups:
If you choose to order a proof of your invitations, it will be created by hand and a jpg image will be emailed to you within 5 business days after placing your order. This will let you see how your invitations will look before they are all printed, and allow you to make any changes if needed.
We do our best to give you a very close version of your final invitation including the
use of all ribbons and papers if available at time of mock-up, close color matches,
and envelopes. Due to variations in monitor calibration, Custom Creations by Julie
is not responsible if the actual colors don’t match the colors as you see them on
your monitor.
Production:
Printing and production take approximately 7-14 business days from the date of approval, depending on how much is involved with assembly. Remember to allow additional time for shipment of the ordered goods.
Shipping:
You are responsible for all shipping charges of ordered goods. Custom Creations by Julie ships all invitations through United States Postal Service (USPS). For priority mail, a shipping and handling fee of $12.95 will be charged. We take extra care in packaging your order for shipment, however, we are not responsible for any
lost, delayed, stolen and/or damaged goods during shipment.
